| When we wear or carry crystals, they constantly supply us with their own energy or help us in removing negative energies from our body. After performing so much work, they need to be recharged to replenish their energy supply and cleansed so that any negativity absorbed will be removed. This ensures that they stay healthy so that they can continue supporting us and our needs. Crystals that are properly charged and cleansed will maintain their brightness and attractive color. Some may even shine brighter than before! |

| How long do the crystals have to be cleansed/recharged? |
| We usually recommend wearing the crystals for 12 hours and letting them recharge for 24 on a quartz cluster. This gives them optimal time to recharge and prepare for their next shift at work! Changing between three sets of crystals will allow you to receive their benefits all day while providing ample time for their rest. |
| How do I care for my amber? |
| Amber's low hardness and sensitivity to heat makes it important that extra care is taken when wearing it. Avoid putting it on high-temperature surfaces and avoid sharp contact with surfaces that are hard as it is easily scratched. It should also not be worn in the shower. Spray hairspray or perfume first before putting it on as it may damage your amber. The best way to maintain its luster is through contact with our skin by wearing it or holding it in the hands! |

| Why do crystals need to be activated? |
| Crystals are carriers and messengers of unconditional love and light. Having been formed and resting inside the Earth for hundreds and millions of years, the crystals are in an unconscious state. Activating them is akin to waking them up, unlocking their energies and letting them know their time has come to shine. It connects them with the Universe’s source of limitless energy so they can carry out their mission with added strength and vigor. | Can I wear crystals that someone else has worn before? |
| We do not recommend this as crystals absorb the energies around them, including those of its previous owners. This includes positive and negative energies, as well as karmic influences which would be passed on to us if we were to wear their crystals. Cleansing and recharging the crystals only purifies them enough for normal maintenance to ensure their healthiness for the owner's continued use. Usually the wearer's energies have already been so deeply absorbed into the essence of the crystals that cleansing them is insufficient in completely purifying them. We only sell first-hand crystals for this reason. We want to ensure the purity and quality of our products so that our customers can wear our crystals with peace of mind. Combined with a blessing and activation from our teacher, the crystals will be ready to unleash their potential to support and walk with you on your journey. |
| Why do crystals break, crack, or change color? How should I deal with this? |
The world is full of living things, each with their own natural lifespan. Crystals are no exception. They, too, are full of life and have their own lifespan. The way you maintain the crystals and the heaviness of their workload are all factors that determine how long they can serve us for. If the negative energies or situation that must be corrected are too much for the crystal to handle, they may turn dull, break or crack. To prevent this, it is important that a proper maintenance regimen is followed and that other crystals are worn as well to distribute the workload. If the crystals suddenly break, crack, change color, or even if the strings/wire of a piece of jewelry break, it usually signifies that the crystal has shielded you from certain negative energies or a misfortunate event. At this time, the crystals' work with us is done and its mission has been completed. It is our job is to accept this and thank the crystal for its work. With respect and sincere gratitude, we may return it to Mother Nature by burying it in the Earth or throwing it into the ocean or sea so that it may continue its next journey. |
| Why can't I refund or exchange my crystals? |
| As seen from our previous explanations, maintaining crystals' purity is of utmost importance. In order to preserve the cleanliness of our products and ensure all our clients receive crystals with pure energies, we only sell firsthand products. As a result, we are unable to take back crystals that have left our stores once they have been sold. We thank you for your understanding of our efforts to share the very best to our clients. |
